* CADILA HEALTHCARE: May soon launch an indigenously developed molecule for diabetes dyslipidemia, which is expected to be called Saroglitizar.

* CENTRAL BANK OF INDIA : Shareholders have approved issuing 308.46 mln shares at 78.00 rupees each to the government on a preferential basis.

* COAL INDIA: May cut prices of top grades of thermal coal with calorific value of over 6,100 kilocalories per kg.

* FLEXITUFF INTERNATIONAL: Has issued foreign currency convertible bonds for subscription and is expecting to raise up to $25 mln.

* GLENMARK PHARMACEUTICALS: Is recalling from the US market multiple lots of Montelukast Sodium tablets (10mg) used for treating chronic asthma and prophylaxis.

* LARSEN & TOUBRO: Its joint venture with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries is evaluating acquisition of power generating equipment manufacturing units set up jointly by BGR ENERGY SYSTEMS and Hitachi Power Europe.

* PANTALOON RETAIL INDIA: Future Group has shelved plan to sell stake in some retail formats after it managed to halve its debt by selling Pantaloon Format and non-retail businesses.

* VISA STEEL: SunCoke Energy and the company have formed a joint venture company--VISA SunCoke--which takes over the already operational 400,000 tn heat recovery coke plant at Kalingnagar in Odisha.
