* HINDUSTAN PETROLEUM CORP: Has teamed up with Gail to revive an ambitious 320-bln-rupee petrochemicals project in Andhra Pradesh.

* IDEA CELLULAR: Has said it abided by the Delhi High Court order and did not add new users third generation services under the intra-circle roaming agreement with other telecom operators.

* OIL INDIA: Is likely to announce the acquisition of a discovered asset overseas in the next one month.

* PIPAVAV DEFENCE AND OFFSHORE ENGINEERING CO: Allotted 24.5 mln shares to Swedish company SAAB Aktiebolag at 82 rupees per share.

* SUN TV NETWORK: Promoter Kalanithi Maran will sell 7.88 mln shares, or 2% stake, in the company through an offer for sale on Wednesday.
