* AUTOLINE INDUSTRIES: Board has approved selling 40% stake in two of its arms--DEP Autoline USA Inc, and Nuvent Technologies.

* BGR ENERGY SYSTEMS: The company's offer for sale of 4.42 mln shares received bids for 2.25 mln shares, or 50.82%, at an indicative price of 167.99 rupees against floor price of 163.00 rupees.

* DEEPAK FERTILIZERS & PETROCHEMICALS: Has inked a long-term wage pact with the workers' union of its unit in Taloja, Maharashtra , following which the workers have called off their strike and will resume work from Thursday.

* CIGNITI TECHNOLOGIES: Board has approved issue of shares to Gallop Solutions at 148 rupees a share.

* EROS INTERNATIONAL MEDIA: Is planning to spend 7.5 bln rupees on production of films in 2013-14 (Apr-Mar), nearly the same amount it spent in 2012-13.

* ESSAR PORTS: The offer for sale got bids for 75.85% of the issue size of 3.25 mln shares at an indicative price of 78.76 rupees.

* FORTIS HEALTHCARE: SEBI has allowed the company to sell one equity share in the secondary market, subject to certain riders.

* GMR INFRASTRUCTURE: Is set to infuse 17 bln rupees fresh equity in its energy business in the current financial year.

* HERO MOTOCORP: Despatched 557,890 units in May compared to 556,644 units it sold in the year-ago period.

* HINDUSTAN PETROLEUM CORP: May set up the proposed 372.29-bln-rupee refinery-cum-petrochemical complex at Barmer in Rajasthan instead of the earlier planned Lilala at Pachpadra.

* IDEA CELLULAR: In talks with Malaysia 's Axiata to sell its tower assets.

* INDIAN OIL CORP: Moody's Investors Service said the company's weak earnings in 2012-13 (Apr-Mar) will have no impact on its Baa3 rating or stable outlook.

* JET AIRWAYS: Jet Airways and IndiGo have cut baggage allowance to 15 kg from 20 kg. Airlines will charge 250 rupees per kg of excess baggage.

* KARTIK INVESTMENTS TRUST: Offer for sale of 37,000 shares at a floor price of 10 rupees got bids for 110,800 shares, or 299.46%, at an indicative price of 19.94 rupees.

* LANCO INFRATECH: The company has secured 32.9-bln-rupee order from Gujarat Industries Power for engineering, procurement and construction work at the latter's thermal power plant project.

* LORDS CHLORO ALKALI: Offer to sell 360,000 shares received bids for 388,342 shares, or 107.87%, at an indicative price of 29.19 rupees against the floor price of 30.00 rupees.

* MAHINDRA & MAHINDRA: Is planning to launch five tractor variants of 30-50 horsepower and completely new tractor platform, codenamed Mstar, in 2013-14.

* MARATHWADA REFRACTORIES: Offer for sale of 18,270 shares got subscribed 101.2% with bids for 18,490 shares at an indicative price of 239.40 rupees each. The floor price for the issue was 235.00 rupees.

* MARUTI SUZUKI: The 200-acre land allotted to the company in Hansalpur, Ahmedabad, for setting up a manufacturing facility, is under legal dispute.

* MULTI COMMODITY EXCHANGE OF INDIA : NYSE Euronext is considering a fresh bid to sell its nearly 5% stake in the exchange.

* NEYVELI LIGNITE CORP: The Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs is likely to consider the proposal to divest 5% stake in the company through an offer for sale this week.

* OMAXE: Offer for sale of 21.16 mln shares got only 27.89% subscription at an indicative price of 141.14 rupees each. The floor price for the issue was at 140 rupees.

* PFIZER: The Intellectual Property Appellate Board has set aside the revocation of the patent of the company's anti-cancer drug Sutent.

* POWER FINANCE CORP: Has scrapped the issue of subordinated bonds maturing in 10 years as it did not get matching bids for 8.18% coupon. Is close to buying stake in the 1,320-MW coal-based power plant jointly owned by NCC and GAYATRI PROJECTS.

* RAMA PHOSPHATES: Offer for sale was subscribed 104.8% with the company receiving bids at an indicative price of 52.43 rupees against a floor price of 52.50 rupees.

* RANBAXY LABORATORIES: Is among nine other companies that are likely to be fined by the European Union antitrust regulators this month for blocking the entry of cheaper generic medicines to the market.

* RELIANCE INDUSTRIES: The petroleum ministry has ordered the company to divert a part of gas allocated to Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers to private power plants in Andhra Pradesh.

* RELIANCE INFRASTRUCTURE: Conducts trial run on its Mumbai metro between Andheri (east) and Versova.

* ROLLATAINERS: RT Packaging has allotted 20 mln share to the company on preferential issue basis, following which the former has become a subsidiary of the company.

* SHREE RENUKA SUGARS: Plans to focus more on its Brazilian operations.

* STATE BANK OF INDIA : Will cut interest rate on seven days to less than one-year bulk deposits by 25 basis points from Friday.

* STEEL AUTHORITY OF INDIA : Produced 1.087 mln tn of saleable steel in May, up 11% on-year.

* SUJANA TOWERS : Board has approved consolidation of 790 mln shares of the nominal value of 1 rupee each in the authorised share capital into 79 mln shares of 10 rupees each.

* TATA COMMUNICATIONS: Promoter had put 2.75 mln shares on the block at a floor price of 196.0 rupees a share. It received bids for 4.30 mln shares, or 156.18%, at an indicative price of 174.41 rupees.

* TATA POWER CO: Has registered the company's 50.4 MW wind power project at Gadag, Karnataka, under the Clean Development Mechanism, that would allow it to trade certified emission reductions.

* WIPRO: Has bought a minority stake in machine-to-machine platform provider Axeda Corp. Promoter Azim Premji Trust has transferred 61 mln shares of the company to Pioneer Independent Trust in order to meet the minimum shareholding norm.
