* ANDHRA PETROCHEMICALS: The company's plant at Visakhapatnam has been shutdown from Sep 4 due to non-supply of major raw material propylene from its supplier HINDUSTAN PETROLEUM CORP.

* BAJAJ AUTO: Kawasaki to split from company joint venture to sell its range of Ninja superbikes in India .

* BHARTI AIRTEL: Has no plans to buy back the 4.4% stake that Vodafone Group Plc holds in the company.

* CAIRN INDIA: OIL AND NATURAL GAS CORP accuses company of being opaque with information about Barmer oil field. On the other hand, company says its approvals are being delayed because ONGC and the Government of India are not focused on quickly raising output.

* GUJARAT PIPAVAV PORT: Swiss Finance Corp bought 2.7 mln shares of the company at an average price of 44 rupees each for a total of around 118.77 mln rupees through a bulk deal.

* LARSEN & TOUBRO: Arm L&T Realty has put its 1.15-mln sq ft mall, a 400,000-sq ft office building, and its under-construction Hyatt Regency Hotel in Chandigarh on the block. Company is looking at a valuation of around 12-14 bln rupees.

* RELIANCE INDUSTRIES: The Petroleum Ministry is set seek the Cabinet's approval to deny price hike for D1 and D3 gas.

* SANOFI INDIA: Is close to acquiring ELDER PHARMA's domestic formulation business for over 24 bln rupess.

* THOMAS COOK: Board has approved lease and/or sale of some properties of the company.

* UJAAS ENERGY: Has secured an order worth 133.5 mln rupees from Solar Energy Corp of India for providing roof-top solar installations in Hyderabad , Bhubaneswar , Jaipur, and Noida/Greater Noida.
