* SKF INDIA: Posted Jul-Sep net profit of 465.8 mln rupees against 452.6 mln\ rupees a year ago. Net sales of 5.66 bln rupees as against 5.34 bln rupees a
year ago.

* STATE BANK OF INDIA : Will take a decision on raising additional capital via qualified institutional placement in a month, Chairperson Bhattacharya said.

* TATA POWER: May sell some investments to raise equity to reduce debt.

* TATA TELESERVICES ( MAHARASHTRA ): Has denied reports of merger talks with parent TATA TELESERVICES. 

* VASCON ENGINEERS: Has sold out its investment in Zenith Ventures.

* WIPRO: Posted Jul-Sep consolidated net profit of 19.32 bln rupees, beating analysts' estimate of 18.42 bln rupees. Net sales of 109.92 bln rupees too
were above expectations of 109.46 bln rupees. The company has guided revenue between $1.660 bln and $1.690 bln for Oct-Dec for its IT services business.

* ZENSAR TECHNOLOGIES: Jul-Sep net profit up 119.6% on year to 706.3 mln rupees. Net sales up 9.8% on year to 5.90 bln rupees.
