* APOLLO HOSPITALS: JPMorgan has increased the company's target price to 925 rupees per share.

* AMAR REMEDIES: Bombay High Court has ordered winding up of the company.

* COAL INDIA: The Competition Commission of India has ordered a fresh probe into allegations that the company and its subsidiaries abused market dominance within 24 hours of slapping a penalty on it.

* HINDUSTAN PETROLEUM CORP: Plans to raise at least 2 bln rupees through commercial papers maturing on Dec 23.

* HINDUSTAN UNILEVER: The Delhi High Court has directed the company to make modifications to its Pepsodent Germicheck Plus Superior Power television commercial. The high court has also found the company's print advertisement to be disparaging COLGATE PALMOLIVE INDIA 'S Colgate Strong Teeth and restrained the company from publishing it.

* INDIABULLS HOUSING FINANCE: Raised 2 bln rupees through issuance of bonds maturing in two years. 

* INDIAN OIL CORPORATION: The petroleum ministry has opposed the divestment in the company saying shares of the company are undervalued at the current market prices.

* IVRCL: Plans to raise up to 12 bln rupees to augment working capital requirements and infuse capital into new projects.

* KINGFISHER AIRLINES: The Karnataka High Court has dismissed a plea by the company seeking to restrain lenders from taking possession of its headquarters in Mumbai.

* LARSEN & TOUBRO: Is in talks with investors to raise capital for its infrastructure division.

* MAN INDUSTRIES ( INDIA ): Received orders worth 2.3 bln rupees from INDIAN OIL CORP for supply of pipes after a re-bid.

* RASOYA PROTEINS: Ministry of commerce and industry has given the export house status to the company.
