* RELIANCE INDUSTRIES: Delhi High Court has asked Central Information Commission to pass fresh order in a case where the panel had asked SEBI to make public the details of consent order case regarding alleged insider trading against the company.

* STATE BANK OF INDIA : Has cut its base rate by 5 basis points to 9.70% and benchmark prime lending rate by 5 bps to 14.45% effective Feb 4.

* SUPRAJIT ENGINEERING: Aims to complete trial production at its new Bengaluru cable factory in February, and begin commercial production soon after.

* SUZLON ENERGY: SEBI has settled a case related to violation of the Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations against the company's officials via consent.
