* 3I INFOTECH: Has allotted 6.16 mln shares to Copthall Mauritius Investment on conversion of foreign currency convertible bonds.

* ANSAL PROPERTIES & INFRASTRUCTURE: Sold 1.27 mln sq ft of real estate in January, compared with 1.94 mln sq ft a year ago.

* ADANI ENTERPRISES: Promoter Adani Agro has set the floor price for the offer for sale of the company's shares at 248 rupees per share.

* BAJAJ AUTO: To be the first Indian auto firm to make bikes for US roads.

* BALLARPUR INDUSTRIES: Oct-Dec net profit declined 8.6% year-on-year to 124.3 mln rupees. Net sales were flat at 11.89 bln rupees.

* BANK OF MAHARASHTRA : Will cut its Base Rate by 25 basis points to 10.25% on monthly compounding basis with effect from Feb 9.

* BHARTI AIRTEL: Has decided to terminate its joint venture with Alcatel-Lucent for managing its fibre optic cable, fixed line and broadband business. Has invited competing operators to hold equity participation in the newly acquired Alcatel-Lucent joint venture.

* CHD DEVELOPERS: Has bought 651,450 shares of International Infratech Pvt, consequent to which the latter has become an arm of the company.

* ESSEL PROPACK: Posted consolidated Oct-Dec net profit of 220.6, up 62.3% on year and net sales of 4.44 bln rupees, up 7.9% on year.

* GTL: Posted consolidated Oct-Dec net loss of 810.7 mln rupees against loss of 1.03 bln rupees year ago. Net sales rose 12.1% on year at 7.16 bln rupees.

* HAVELLS INDIA: Warburg Pincus sold 7 mln shares, representing 5.6% stake, of the company through a bulk deal at 650 rupees each.

* NATIONAL MINERAL DEVELOPMENT CORP: Has decided to keep prices of lumps and fines unchanged this month.

* NHPC: Oct-Dec net profit rose 47% year-on-year 3.12 bln rupees. Net sales increased 5.7% to 9.12 bln rupees.

* NTPC: Government will sell 783.3 mln shares of the company through offer for sale on Thursday.

* OIL INDIA: Government has raised 31.41 bln rupees by divesting 10% stake in the company through an offer for sale.

* PANACEA BIOTEC: The company will jointly develop a township project over a 100-acre plot it owns in Gurgaon along with Bestech Group.
