* CUMMINS INDIA: Posted net profit of 2.34 bln rupees for Oct-Dec, up 66% on year.

* DUNLOP INDIA: The Calcutta High Court has passed a verdict ordering winding up of the company.

* GRASIM INDUSTRIES: Has signed a pact to sell its entire 15% unquoted equity shares in Alexandria Carbon Black Co and has sold 2.75% quoted equity shares in Thai Carbon Black Public Co Ltd to a group company.

* GTL INFRASTRUCTURE: Posted a net loss of 854.60 mln rupees for Oct-Dec.

* INDIAN HOTELS COMPANY: Has filed a suit in the Bombay High Court seeking lease renewal for its Mumbai property, while the Mumbai Port Trust, which owns the property, has filed an affidavit in the court. The matter is likely to come up for hearing in February.

* INDRAPRASTHA GAS: The Supreme Court will today hear the price regulation case between the company and Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board.

* JET AIRWAYS: Eithad Airways could get equal board representation in the airline, and is also expected to step up its stake in Jet Airways to 49% in
a phased manner.

* JSW STEEL: Shareholders have approved composite scheme of amalgamation and arrangement amongst the company and its subsidiaries.

* MANGALORE REFINERY: Posted a net loss of 3.6 bln rupees in Oct-Dec as against a net profit of 1.1 bln rupees a year ago. The company expects crude oil imports from Iran to be 3.8 mln tn in the year to March against a contracted quantity of 5 mln tn because of transportation problems.

* MARUTI SUZUKI: Plans to build a manufacturing base for 3 mln cars in next five years that includes at least 10 new vehicles across segments.

* NATIONAL FERTILIZERS: Has posted a net loss of 124.2 mln rupees for Oct-Dec.

* NAVA BHARAT VENTURES: Has cuts stake in Kinnera Power to 26%.

* NOVA IRON: Has approved plan to set up 1.5 mln tn per annum integrated steel plant and 356-MW captive power plant at Chhattisgarh.

* OIL & NATURAL GAS CORP: The Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs has allowed arm ONGC Videsh to buy up to $1.01 bln worth participating interest in Hess Corp subsidiaries' upstream and midstream assets in Azerbaijan . Arm ONGC Videsh has found some breakthrough in terms of technology at Imperial Energy Corp's fields in Russia . ONGC Videsh will be battling with other big oil companies for Videocon Industries' 10% stake in Mozambique 's Rovuma offshore block.

* OMAXE: Plans to raise 2.5 bln rupees by end of 2013-14 (Apr-Mar) via a fixed deposit scheme with an annual interest rate of 11.50-12.50%.

* PIPAVAV DEFENCE & OFFSHORE COMPANY: Promoters have offered to sell 26% stake in the co, and talks for the stake sale are at advanced stage.

* PUNJAB & SIND BANK: Has posted net profit of 736.8 mln rupees for Oct-Dec.

* RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS: Expects telecom service providers to announce two-three rounds of tariff hikes in next 12-18 months.

* SATYAM COMPUTER SYSTEMS: Has posted 74% year-on-year decline in Oct-Dec net profit to 800 mln rupees.

* SOBHA DEVELOPERS: Plans to launch three projects in Karnataka by March.

* SUN PHARMACEUTICALS: Shareholders have approved transfer of its domestic formulation operations to a wholly-owned arm.

* THERMAX: Has posted net profit of 760 mln rupees for Oct-Dec, down 20% on year due to lack of orders.

* YES BANK: Has signed a pact with International Finance Corp to set up a private equity fund to investment in north-eastern states of India .
