* HINDUSTAN COPPER: Has raised product prices by 0.37-0.39% on month for February.

* HINDUSTAN PETROLEUM CORP: The company and the Union government have moved the Supreme Court challenging the Gujarat High Court's July 2012 verdict that directed the Union government to allot natural gas for domestic and vehicular use in Ahmedabad at the same price as in Delhi and Mumbai.

* HINDUSTAN ZINC: The government is likely to offload its minority shareholding in the company and Bharat Aluminium Co via offer for sale mechanism through stock exchanges.

* IDEA CELLULAR: Has introduced 3G 'Speed Booster' packs to post-paid 3G subscribers to use uninterrupted high-speed data services throughout their bill cycle.

* INDO TECH TRANSFORMERS: Offer for delisting company's shares fails.

* JAIN IRRIGATION SYSTEMS: Has posted Oct-Dec net loss of 311.7 mln rupees against profit of 12.4 mln rupees year ago. Net sales were down 8.10% year on year at 7.50 bln rupees.

* JET AIRWAYS INDIA : Has signed a $48 mln global maintenance agreement with European turboprop aircraft manufacturer ATR, extending its maintenance agreement with the latter for the next seven years.

* KINGFISHER AIRLINES: Employees of the company have decided to move court for winding up the nearly bankrupt airline to recover their salary dues.

* NTPC: The government is likely to divest 9.5% stake in the company through offer for sale mechanism on Thursday.

* RASHTRIYA CHEMICALS AND FERTILIZERS: Has posted Oct-Dec net profit of 739.8 mln rupees, up 37.1% on year and net sales of 15.61 bln rupees, down 2.7% on year.

* RUBBER PRODUCTS: Board has approved Cosmos India Rubber's merger with company.

* RUCHI SOYA INDUSTRIES: Is targeting revenue of 50 bln rupees from its consumer business division, which markets products under the Nutrela brand, over the next five years.

* RURAL ELECTRIFICATION CORP: Has reported Oct-Dec net profit of 10.27 bln rupees, up 33.4% on year and income from operation of 35.01 bln rupees, up 32.1% on year.

* SITA SHREE FOOD PRODUCTS: Successfully started trial production of soy oil and DOC at its soya extraction plant at Barlai Jangir, Madhya Pradesh, on Feb 2.

* STATE BANK OF MYSORE : Board has approved the proposal to raise equity through IPP route.
