* ADITYA BIRLA NUVO: Will raise at least 2 bln rupees through 10-year bonds, carrying a coupon rate of 9.00%.

* ASIAN GRANITO INDIA: Has resolved trademark row with ASIAN PAINTS without any monetary damages or cost.

* AVANTEL: Board has approved share buyback at up to 75 rupees/share and will spend up to 21 mln rupees for the buyback

* BPL: Board has approved transfer healthcare operations to BPL Medical Technologies for shares worth 210.5 mln rupees.

* CAPITAL FIRST: Is planning to raise up to 500 mln rupees through issue of non-convertible subordinated debentures.

* DEN NETWORKS: Plans to raise $110 mln through a preferential allotment of shares to two affiliates of the Goldman Sachs Group at 217.50 rupees each.

* EMAMI: Has reported 29.9% YoY rise in Jan-Mar net profit to 939.9 mln rupees. Net sales increased 13.3% to 4.51 bln rupees. Board has approved 1-for-2-bonus share issue.

* GITANJALI GEMS: Has opened 11 stores of its various brands over the past two months with a view to expand its reach in Tier II and III cities.

* IVRCL: Is on a lookout for buyers for two more of its highway projects, Jalandhar-Amritsar and Indore-Jhabua, as part of its debt reduction plan.

* LANCO INDUSTRIES: Has shelved its plan to set up a 300,000-tn-per-annum mini cement plant in Andhra Pradesh.

* MAHINDRA & MAHINDRA: Is confident of registering a double-digit growth in sales volumes during 2013-14 (Apr-Mar) despite a high base and a grim forecast for the automotive sector, Chief Executive Officer Pravin Shah said. Management and employee union at Nashik have locked horns over the new wage agreement. While the management said it will be "reasonable" in terms of the revision of wages, workers are not ready to roll back their demands.

* MARUTI SUZUKI: Will introduce two new models in a year's time to replace A-Star, Estilo and sedan SX4 that are not selling well in order to regain its market share.

* OBEROI REALTY: Has run into a dispute with buyers over the Oberoi Splendor project as residents alleged misappropriation of funds, delay in forming residents' society, deficiency in services and change in plans of the project.

* ONGC: Imperial Energy, subsidiary of ONGC Videsh Ltd, is betting on shale oil to boost production from its assets in Tomsk region in western Siberia , Russian Federation .

* PARSHWANATH CORP: Board has approved 1-for-5-bonus share issue.

* POWER GRID CORP OF INDIA : Is planning to raise funds through a bond issue next week.

* RELIANCE POWER: Royal Dutch Shell has submitted the Environmental Impact Assessment report and inked a port services agreement for the 5-mln-tn LNG terminal at Kakinada it plans to build jointly with RELIANCE POWER.

* STATE BANK OF INDIA :  General insurance arm, SBI General Insurance, posted a 208% growth in premium income to 7.71 bln rupees in 2012-13 (Apr-Mar).

* STEEL AUTHORITY OF INDIA : A parliamentary committee on labour criticised the company for its callousness and gross injustice towards families of 18 former employees.

* TATA TELESERVICES ( MAHARASHTRA ): The Securities and Exchange Board of India has relaxed some norms relating to the 'offer for sale' mechanism for the company.

* TITAGARH WAGONS: Has disposed entire stake in two arms Titagarh Trains and Link View Projects on Mar 30.
