* BHARAT PETROLEUM CORP: To invest more than 250 bln rupees over the next three-four years to expand and modernise its four refineries.

* BHUSHAN STEEL: The Directorate General of Central Excise Intelligence has booked a case against the company for fraudulently availing Central value added tax credit worth 240 mln rupees on zinc ingots purchased from HINDUSTAN ZINC.

* COAL INDIA: Has reported standalone net profit for Jan-Mar at 23.21 bln rupees, reflecting a growth of almost 90% year-on-year.

* DIVI'S LABORATORIES: Jan-Mar consolidated net profit fell 17% on year to 1.81 bln rupees. Consolidated sales declined 9% to 6.58 bln rupees.

* DLF: Has allotted 81 mln shares at an issue price of 230 rupees a share, aggregating to 18.6 bln rupees, under the institutional placement programme. Delhi High Court tells SEBI to speed up its probe into the quality of the company's disclosure during its IPO, and file a reply by Jul 9.

* ESSAR OIL: Promoter ESSAR ENERGY Plc's wholly-owned subsidiary Essar Energy Holdings has agreed to purchase 32.95 mln shares, or 2.41%, of the company from co-promoter Imperial Consultants and Securities for $48.65 mln.

- Essar Oil will sign a $1-bln deal with China on Tuesday that would be backed by a supply of refined products to top state oil producer PetroChina.

* GAMMON INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS: In talks with international port operators to replace its current partner, Dragados, for operating the Indira container terminal at Mumbai Port.

* HONEYWELL AUTOMATION INDIA : Is setting up an Industrial Unit for manufacture of Solar Water Heaters and other products at Gujarat Savli GIDC.

* HOTEL LEELAVENTURES: Has reported Jan-Mar net loss of 1.42 bln rupees as compared to profit of 2.07 bln rupees a year ago. Net sales were up 44% on year at 2.01 bln rupees.

* INDIAN OIL CORP: Has developed technology to process jatropha oil to make bio-diesel in the company's existing diesel hydro-treating units at its refineries. Government's plan to sell 10% in the company may be delayed as a committee will look into the dispute between the finance and oil ministries over the computation of fuel subsidies.
