* BHARAT HEAVY ELECTRICALS: Receivables to the company increase to 400 bln rupees at end of 2012-13 (Apr-Mar).

* BIOCON: Is in talks with US drug makers to co-develop and sell a drug to treat psoriasis that would compete with Johnson & Johnson's Stelara.

* CIPLA: Swedish drugmaker Meda AB and Cipla have expanded their tie-up for allergic rhinitis inhaler Dymista to include more countries--in some of which the Indian drug maker will get rights to market the drug while in others Meda will have exclusive marketing rights.

* DALMIA BHARAT: Cement despatches in May increased 7% year on year to 865,000 tn, while production rose 8% to 859,000 tn.

* DEN NETWORKS: Shareholders have approved a proposal to raise $110 mln through a preferential allotment of shares to two affiliates of the Goldman Sachs Group at 217.50 rupees each.

* ESSAR OIL: Is looking to convert its 110-bln-rupee debt into dollars in six months.

* ESSAR PORTS: Its strategic partner Port of Antwerp International will convert global depositary receipts into shares, a move that will help the company to meet minimum public shareholding norm.

* FORTIS HEALTHCARE: Is likely to sell its Hong Kong and Vietnam assets for $380 mln-$400 mln.

* INDIAN OIL CORP: The government has invited bids to appoint merchant bankers for divesting 10% stake in the state-owned company through an offer for sale.

* INFINITE COMPUTER SOLUTIONS ( INDIA ): The board has approved buyback of shares worth up to 300 mln rupees, at a price of up to 120 rupees a share.

* ITC: To develop a five-star hotel in central Mumbai.

* OIL AND NATURAL GAS CORP: To sell 10-25% stake in its four coal-bed methane blocks to Brisbane-based Dart Energy.

* PETRONET LNG: Is planning to raise 3 bln rupees via five-year bonds. The cutoff coupon rate for the bond issue is at 8.35% per annum.

* RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS: Talks with South Africa 's MTN for selling substantial stake gather momentum and Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Amarchand & Mangaldas have been appointed as advisors.

* SML ISUZU: Has sold 1,153 vehicles during May as against 1,127 vehicles a year ago.

* TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES: Has discussed implementation of the new organisation model and staffing processes at its Finland operations with its Finnish staff representatives. The talks concluded on Tuesday.  Has raised the salary of Chief Executive Officer N. Chandrasekaran by 50% to 1.5 mln rupees per month with effect from Apr 2014.

* TATA MOTORS: Arm Jaguar Land Rover is working on a smaller version of its marquee model Jaguar estimated to be priced at $35,000-$45,000.

* TATA POWER CO: Its South African joint venture company Cennergi Pty has tied up loans for the 134-MW Amakhala Emoyeni wind farm project and expects to achieve financial closure for 95-MW Tsitsikamma wind farm project within a week.

* TITAN INDUSTRIES: Eyewear division--Titan Eye Plus--is planning to open 40-45 more outlets in 2013-14 (Apr-Mar).

* USHDEV INTERNATIONAL: Is close to finalising purchase of wind power assets.

* ZUARI AGRO CHEMICALS: Has resumed the production of urea and ammonia.
