* CADILA HEALTHCARE: US subsidiary has recalled one lot of generic warfarin tablets from US market, due to complain the product was oversized.

* CAIRN INDIA: Twin Star Holdings has pledged its entire shareholding in arm Twin Star Mauritius Holdings, which in turn holds 38.68% stake in Cairn India .

* HINDUSTAN UNILEVER: Parent Unilever has received SEBI's approval for its open offer of 22.5% shares of the company.

* IDEA CELLULAR: Delhi High Court has approved merger of company's arm with Indus Towers .

* INFOSYS: Has hiked salaries of its employees in India by an average of 8% with effect from Jul 1.  US arm Infosys Public Services has got a three-year contract from CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield for IT support and application development services.

* JET AIRWAYS INDIA : Foreign Investment Promotion Board will consider today the company proposal to sell stake to Etihad Airways. Has appointed Gary Kenneth Toomey as its chief executive officer. Toomey will replace Nikos Kardassis.

* JK LAKSHMI CEMENT: Has despatched 392,000 tn cement in May, down 0.76% from 395,000 tn in April.

* KS OILS: NSE will suspend trading in the company's shares from Jun 21 for non-compliance with the provisions of listing agreement.

* MAHINDRA & MAHINDRA: Company's Korean arm Ssangyong Motor sold 12,730 vehicles in May, a year-on-year increase of 25.3%. It expects sales to go up further due to resumed second-shift production at its plant in Korea .

* NATIONAL FERTILIZERS: The proposal for divestment of 7.64% government stake in the company is likely to go to the Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs soon.

* PC JEWELLER: Is targeting over 30% increase in its net sales in 2013-14.

* RANBAXY: Has said t has rectified past "shortcomings" and will co-operate with any regulator from anywhere in the world wanting to investigate its manufacturing practices.

* RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS: May sell controlling stake in its direct-to-home operations--run under Reliance Big TV brand--to the Sun Group in a cash and stock deal valued at 25 bln rupees.

* STATE BANK OF INDIA : The government has interviewed Arundhati Bhattacharya and P. Pradeep Kumar for the post of managing director in the bank.

* SUN PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRIES: Analysts have lowered their earnings per share estimates and price targets, as the company has to pay a higher-than-expected sum of $550 mln to settle a patent infringement suit.

* TATA MOTORS: Jaguar Land Rover total retail sales in May rose 12% on year to 32,477 units.

* TV18 BROADCAST: Has launched a 24-hour television news channel, News18 India, for Indian audiences in the UK and other international markets.
