* JET AIRWAYS INDIA : Foreign Investment Promotion Board, in its meeting on Friday, will consider the company's proposal to sell 24% stake to Etihad Airways.

* JSW ENERGY: Amba River Coke and JSW Steel Coated Products will buy 2.73 mln shares or 0.17% stake in the company from their parent JSW STEEL at market price on Friday.

* OIL AND NATURAL GAS CORP: The company initially said its arm ONGC Videsh and OIL INDIA had inked a definitive agreement with VIDEOCON INDUSTRIES to buy its 10% stake in Mozambique 's Rovuma basin gas block for $2.47 bln, but later withdrew its statement.

* PENNAR INDUSTRIES: Plans to buy back up to 4 mln shares of the company at a maximum price of 40 rupees per share.

* TATA TELESERVICES ( MAHARASHTRA ): Net added 51,061 subscribers in May, taking its total user base to 10.55 mln.

* WABCO INDIA: The company, which has 85% share in the truck air-brake market in India , is set to gain significantly if the government mandates anti-lock braking system in trucks.

* YES BANK: Bombay High Court has directed the bank to discuss the name of any candidate for board director nominated by Madhu Kapur at a board meeting before Jul 27.
