* GAIL INDIA: Has signed a $60-bln, or 3.8 trln rupees, deal with two US-based companies for bringing in close to six mln tn of liquefied natural gas over a 20-year period beginning 2016-17.

* GUJARAT FLUOROCHEMICALS: Has incorporated a subsidiary company, Gujarat Fluorochemicals GmbH, in Hamburg , Germany .

* HCL TECHNOLOGIES: UK-based mining company Anglo American Plc has selected the company to deliver information technology services.

* HINDALCO INDUSTRIES: The Company’s capex outlay for 2013-14 (Apr-Mar) has come down to 50 bln rupees from 140 bln in 2012-13, as most of the company's capacity expansion projects are nearing completion.

* HINDUSTAN UNILEVER: Parent company Unilever Plc will keep investing in emerging markets such as India even though growth is slowing.

* INDIA CEMENTS: Company's Managing Director Srinivasan named as accused in charge sheet filed by Central Bureau of Investigation in a case of corruption against Jaganmohan Reddy.

* JAIPRAKASH POWER VENTURES: Has clarified that it has not mandated ICICI and IDFC as advisors for selling hydro assets.

* TATA MOTORS: Has launched its pick-up multi-utility vehicle Xenon in Nepal . The company's wholly owned arm PT Tata Motors Distribusi Indonesia has launched Aria, Vista, and Safari Storme vehicles in Indonesia . Company will launch 25-30 new products, upgrades and variants in the second half of the financial year.

* TATA POWER: Gujarat may accept hike in tariff for power from company's Mundra plant.

* TATA TELESERVICES ( MAHARASHTRA ): Lost 28,483 subscribers in August, shrinking its total user base to 10.31 mln.

* VOLTAS : Has won an order to install variable refrigerant flow systems for air conditioning at Mantri Developers' residential project in Bengaluru.

* ZENITH INFOTECH: A division bench of the Bombay High Court has dismissed an appeal by the company against the winding-up proceedings initiated by holders of foreign currency convertible bond of the company.
