* ALSTOM INDIA: Has won a 10.7 bln rupee contract from BHEL. 

* BRIGADE ENTERPRISES: Royal Bank of Scotland Asia Merchant Bank ( Singapore ) sold its entire 3.13% stake in company via a bulk deal on NSE. 

* DLF: Has completed sale of 74% stake in insurance joint venture with Prudential Financial to Dewan Housing. 

* ESSAR OIL: Will complete the dollar refinancing of its rupee debt by the end of 2013-14 (Apr-Mar).
