Cement Stocks Outlook For The Week - 24 To 28.09.2018
Stocks of cement companies are seen subdued next week as they are looking weak on technical charts and are likely to take cues from the market. Cement stocks are looking negative and are likely to trade sideways or fall. They will also take cues from broader market. The benchmark indices are expected to fall further next week as investors continue to book profits due to risk aversion caused by tight liquidity in the corporate commercial paper market. Caution ahead of the US Federal Reserve's two day monetary policy meeting beginning Tuesday is also likely to weigh on the market. In the
medium term, we remain positive on cement demand as they expect it to rise on higher spending by
the government in the run up to the general election next year.
