Stocks of automobile companies are likely to rise next week because we expect demand to surge
during the upcoming festival season. Going forward, as we enter the seasonally strong sales season
for two-wheeler and car sales with companies building in inventory ahead of the festive season, we believe the absolute volume will be higher compared to August and expect improvement in the overall growth rate for cars and two-wheeler original equipment manufacturers. Markets will also eye the earnings of three major companies expected to be announced next week.
