Cement Stocks Outlook For The Week - 29.10.2018 To 02.11.2018
Stocks of cement companies are seen moving on a mixed note next week in the absence of any
major triggers and movement is expected to be stock-specific. ACC (Ltd) and Ambuja (Cements
Ltd) are looking weak. Both stocks are likely to fall by 3% to 4% after which they can rise. Dalmia
Bharat(Ltd) is looking positive, while UltraTech (Cement Ltd) will trade sideways. Investors will closely watch Dalmia Bharat Ltd and Ramco Cements Ltd as both the companies are scheduled to detail Jul-Sep earnings on Tuesday. Earlier last week, we had said that low industry utilisation, large capacity additions, and continued weakness in real estate market can restrict improvement in earnings of cement companies over the next one-two years.
