Cement Stocks Outlook For The Week - 19 To 22.11.2018
Stocks of cement companies are seen mixed next week, in the absence of any major triggers, adding that the action will be stock-specific. While Ambuja (Cements Ltd) is looking positive, ACC (Ltd) and UltraTech (Cement Ltd) are likely to trade sideways. The National Company Law Appellate
Tribunal Wednesday approved UltraTech's resolution plan for Binani Cement Ltd and this will fortify
the former's position as the dominant player in cement industry. Low utilisation, large capacity addition and continued weakness in real estate market have raised concerns on the earnings of cement companies. However, We expect positive on cement demand and expect it to increase on higher infrastructure spending in run up to the general elections next year.
