* OIL AND NATURAL GAS CORP: Arm ONGC Videsh plans to raise $900 mln through overseas bonds.

* SUZLON ENERGY: Has completed its corporate debt restructuring plan with an infusion of 1.25 bln rupees by the promoters and converting part of it into equity.

* TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES: In partnership with US' CA Technologies has developed a new intelligent testing system to help customers automate testing lifecycles and plans to launch it in May.

* TECH MAHINDRA: Has acquired lab assets and operations of Sweden-based Type Approval Lab for an undisclosed amount.

* UNITED BREWERIES: Has inked a 1-mln-sterling loan agreement with Heineken. As per the pact, if UNITED BREWERIES defaults on loan payments, then Heineken will gain rights to produce and sell Kingfisher beer in UK for 5 years.

* WIPRO: Is in talks to acquire ANZ Bank Group's IT assets in Bengaluru.
