* BAJAJ AUTO: Could move production of its popular Pulsar motorcycles out of its Chakan plant, if labour issues continue in the next couple of weeks.

* BAJAJ FINSERV: Has applied to RBI for banking licence and plans to convert arm Bajaj Finance into bank.

* BHARTI AIRTEL: Norwegian operator Telenor ASA and Qatar 's Qtel edged out the company to win the two telecom licences on offer by Myanmar , marking the opening up of the country's telecom sector to foreign operators.

* COAL INDIA: The coal ministry has floated a request for proposal, inviting bids from nine shortlisted consultants for restructuring Coal India . The company is set to offer additional coal from domestic sources to the extent of 5% contracted quantities if consumers agree to lift this fuel directly from the pithead, making their own transport arrangement.

    - The company has sought clarification from the government on whether the terms of the fuel supply agreement it is signing with new power plants needs to be modified again.

* DB CORP: Plans to sell 51% stake in Divya Prabhat Publications as part of corporate restructuring.

* DPSC: Has floated expression of interest to acquire wind power farms with capacity in the range of 20-100 MW.

* GMR INFRASTRUCTURE: Plans to set up an electronics manufacturing cluster in Tamil Nadu at an investment of 8.1 bln rupees, an official with the Department of Electronics and IT said.

* GULF OIL CORP: Will sell 90% stake in its UK arm GHGL London to a promoter group company Gulf Oil International, as part of its de-risking strategy,
through a fresh infusion of funds.

* HDFC BANK: Officials said RBI probe did not find any evidence of money laundering but the probe noted some violation of Know Your Customer norms.

* HINDUSTAN CONSTRUCTION CO: Has allotted 39 mln convertible warrants to promoter companies.

* INDIA INFOLINE: The company's board has approved a proposal to apply for a banking licence.

* IFCI: Board has approved plan to apply to RBI for banking licence.

* INDIAN HOTELS CO: The New Delhi Municipal Council, owner of the Taj Mahal Mansingh, has referred the issue of auctioning of the hotel, which is at
present managed by the company, to the Solicitor General and Attorney General of India for their opinion.
    -  Home Ministry has said the Tatas should not be allowed 'first right of refusal' in the auction of Taj Mansingh hotel, which is run by the company.

* ING VYSYA BANK: Has raised 18.4 bln rupees via qualified institutional placement and preferential placement issues.

* JMT AUTO: AMTEK AUTO has signed an agreement to acquire 26.61% promoter stake in the company and made an open offer for another 26% at 149.00 rupees per share.

* MARUTI SUZUKI INDIA : International Commission of Labour Rights has demanded an impartial inquiry into workers' revolt at the company's Manesar plant.

* RANBAXY LABORATORIES: UK drug regulator said it found no evidence of any product of the company sold in the country to be of 'unacceptable quality'.

* RICHA INDUSTRIES: Has approved the issue and allotment of 1.17 mln shares on preferential basis to the promoter group and 4.27 mln shares to the non-promoter group on preferential basis.
