* MERCATOR: Has got two orders worth 2.1 bln rupees from Paradip Port Trust for maintenance dredging for three years.

* NHPC: Has synchronised Unit-I of Teesta Low Dam Project with grid.

* OIL & NATURAL GAS CORP: May not achieve additional crude oil production in 2012-13 (Apr-mar) due to delay in commissioning of some of its marginal assets. ONGC Videsh has secured its partner's approval to buy stake worth $5 bln in Kazakhtan's Kashagan oilfield.

* SHRIRAM EPC: Has got orders worth 3.7 bln rupees, including one worth 2.3 bln rupees from Karnataka government undertaking, Hutti Gold Mines Co.

* SIMBHAOLI SUGARS: Has transferred its power business on slump-sale basis to Simbhaoli Power at market valuation of 1.59 bln rupees.

* TATA COFFEE: Is planning to relaunch its brand and also introduce new offerings for consumers in the US and Canadian markets.

* TATA TELESERVICES MAHARASHTRA : Posted Oct-Dec net loss of 1.97 bln rupees against loss of 1.45 rupees year ago. Net sales rose 2.5% to 6.4 bln rupees.
