* ACC: The dispute Himachal Pradesh tax authorities and between the company and over its second manufacturing unit at Mandi district may intensify.

* ARSHIYA INTERNATIONAL: A Mumbai court has summoned the top management of the company over non-payment of dues to lessors.

* ASHOK LEYLAND: Has sold a total of 14,020 vehicles during March, 2% lower than a year ago, with exports declining to 849 units from 1,605 units.

* AXIS BANK: Has launched a home loan product named 'Empower Home Loan' for self-employed individuals under floating rate option.

* BHARTI AIRTEL: Nokia and the company have entered into a partnership pact to provide billing and other services to customers across Africa .

* GAIL INDIA : Will explore further legal options to re-start work on the Tamil Nadu section of the Kochi-Bangalore high pressure LNG pipeline project.

* HINDUSTAN MOTORS: Has reported a 24.2% on year rise in total vehicle sales at 888 units in March.

* UNITED BREWERIES HOLDINGS: The Bombay High Court has denied interim relief to the company in the matter of sale of pledged shares of group companies by the STATE BANK OF INDIA-led consortium of lenders to KINGFISHER AIRLINES.

* UNITED SPIRITS: Diageo's open offer for the company's shares will commence on Apr 10, and continue till Apr 26.
